Stress can blank out memory. According to a classic study at Georgetown University, stress can also lower IQ by up to 10 points - even in grammar school children. The Addiction Research Foundation of Ontario ran a fine tooth comb test of the stress releasing techniques of Superlearning colleague, Eli Bay, founder of Relaxation Response Ltd.
